Peterborough

Peterborough is one of the country’s fastest growing cities. With a strong, active business community and a diverse economy, it’s home to over 5,000 companies ranging from large multi-national corporations to entrepreneurs and niche businesses.

    On Your Doorstep

Stuart House is located in the heart of the city’s business district just a 12-minute walk from the train station, and close to cultural attractions, shops, pubs and restaurants.

If it’s coffee you’re after, there’s no better cup to be found than in The Hub, our very own café at Stuart House. There’s also an abundance of establishments where you can grab a pizza or burger, or settle down to enjoy a meal at one of the city’s Michelin Guide selected restaurants. The nearby Queensgate Shopping Centre is the perfect place to get some retail therapy with all the well-known high street shops plus boutiques selling luxury designer brands. And if you fancy a night on the town, there’s nowhere better than the Key Theatre for dance, comedy, live music and much more.

    Connectivity

Peterborough, the green city of East England, is easily accessible from many major cities.

It’s just a short walk to the train station with direct services to Cambridge, Norwich, Birmingham, Leicester, Leeds, Liverpool, York, Newcastle and Edinburgh. London King’s Cross is just 45 minutes away with up to six services an hour and improved rail links will bring the journey time down to just 39 minutes by 2019.

The building is adjacent to the A15, just a few minutes from the A1 and direct connections to the national road network.

Cyclists also benefit from Peterborough’s Green Wheel, a network of routes in and around the city, providing safe links to all areas.
