Blue Monday is said to be the most depressing day of the year! Middle of January, cold, grey weather and the breaking of New Year resolutions.
To brighten up our tenants day we hid Blue smiley faces around the building for them to find.
In return they won a goodie bag filled with happy quotes, sweets, activity books, mindful exercises, stress ball and fidget toys.
